1. For still images, TrueKauai.com prefers JPEG / JPG formatted files at the highest resolution possible. No zip file please! (might be mistaken for virus)  For videos, we prefer MPEG / MOV file.

2. Email all submissions to admin@truekauai.com

• Your media files (images/videos) sent to TrueKauai.com via email are sent with the understanding that they may be used somewhere on the website, but there is no guarantee that any one submission will make it to the site.
• Submissions may be edited or formatted to the discretion of the TrueKauai.com.
• By sending in media files, you warrant that you are the author and sole owner of the copyright for that particular image or images (including videos) and that they do not violate the rights of any third party or are unlawful in content.
• TrueKauai.com will credit those who wish to make it known that they submitted a particular TrueKauai media. However, if you do not want your name posted on the site, please state so in the email.
• TrueKauai.com may use photos submitted for PR purposes to help promote the site.
• Please note that the webmaster cannot always respond to your inquries.
